Royal Oaks Country Club, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Dallas, Texas.
Royal Oaks Country Club first opened for play in 1969. The course was designed by Don January and Bill Martindale. The course was renovated in 1985 by Jay Morrish. D. A. Wiebring.renovated the course in 2014.
This demanding course features well-manicured greens and plush, narrow, tree-lined fairways. Water hazards come into play on several holes and sand bunkers are strategically placed throughout the design.
#13, a 467-yard, par-4 is the signature hole. #13 features many trees and huge carries. The fairway doglegs around White Rock Creek and requires a tee shot over water, followed by a long approach shot that must once again carry the creek.
