El Campo Country Club is a Private, 9 hole golf course located 45 minutes from the Houston metro area in El Campo, Texas.
The course first opened in 1966. The course was designed by Jay Riviere.
Par for the course is 36. From the back tees, the course plays to 3,325 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 2,600 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 9, a par-5 that plays to 501 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 147 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 3, a 409-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at El Campo is #2, the 147 yard par-3.

Members, guests, and out-of-towners permitted. Very nice course and layout with 6 & 15 sharing a green... 7, 8, 9 make a very nice loop you can play over and over. Course is never crowded unless they have one of several tournaments (charity) they host each year. Tee's, fairways, and greens in excellant shape right now (mid to late April).
