The first 18-holes at The Club At Comanche Trace Ranch Golf Course opened in 2000. This course, consisting of what is today called the 9-hole Valley Course and the 9-hole Hills Course was designed by Tom Kite. The 9-hole Creeks Course was added in 2008 and was designed by Jay and Carter Morrish.
The original 18 (Valley-Hills) played between 5,133yards and 7,103-yard depending on the tee box selection and played to a par-72.
The Creeks Course, the 3rd nine hole segment of this 27 hole facility plays to a par-36 with tees measuring: Red-2,887 yards, Green-3,244 yards, White-3,432 yards, Blue-3,586 yards, and Black-3,811 yards.

Greens are always fantastic. Played New Year's Eve and the greens were still fast and smooth. This is a 27 hole private course, so if you can get in, by all means go, and take lots of golf balls. One design element is the most punishing rough you will ever see, once the spring gets here and the grass starts growing.
