Escondido Golf & Lake Club is a private, gated enclave of approximately 580 villa, casita and estate home sites surrounding a private championship 18-hole golf course. Escondido Golf & Lake Club is approximately 50 miles northwest of Austin and 80 miles north of San Antonio in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
Escondido Golf and Lake Club Golf Course opened for play in 2006. The course was designed by Tom Fazio.

This course is one of the best in Texas. From the locker room, to the well attended driving range, to a great course, the taco stand at the turn (think Cabo del Sol) and finally a GM thanking us for coming out on the 18 green. Very exclusive membership and play. Never miss a chance to play here...reminds me of Whispering Pines.
