Kempsville Greens Municipal Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
The course first opened for play in 1957.
The front nine offers wide yet well-bunkered fairways, while its back nine affords even larger landing areas in its fairways. Water hazards come into play on several holes.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees the course plays to 5,849 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4,538 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 515 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 131 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 18, a 376 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 3, a 131 yard par-3.

This is a city owned course that is old and looks it. The forward tees are nothing more than a pitchers mound, many have very little grass on them. The course is good for walking 9 holes at the end of day. Otherwise, save your money
