Hayward Golf & Tennis Club is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Hayward, Wisconsin

Hayward Golf & Tennis Club first opened for play in 1924. The course was designed by Dane Nelson. The course was redesigned in 1998 by Ken Killian.

The current layout has 4 tee locations, 10 doglegs, 4 well-placed water hazards and 52 grass or sand bunkers on 168 acres.
