Gulf Shores Golf Club is a Semi-Private 18 hole golf course located in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

The Gulf Shores Golf Club Golf Course opened for play in 1967 and was the first golf course in Gulf Shores.. The course was designed by Earl Stone. In November 2005, the course closed to undergo a complete renovation. Taking place under the guidance of Jay and Carter Morrish, the renovation lengthened the par 71 course by 300 yards and added numerous water features, bulkheads, enhanced fairways, doglegs and additional bunkers.

The goals to beautify and enhance the course, and to make play more challenging, have been achieved. There are now holes that are so dramatically changed that you cannot stand in the fairway and believe you are on the same course. The Morrish group delivered on their promise and the result is a spectacular product that no golf enthusiast will want to miss.
