Mission Royale Golf Club is a public 18-hole golf course located between Phoenix and Tucson in Casa Grande, Arizona.
The Mission Royale Golf Club Golf Course opened for play in 2004. The course was designed by Greg Nash.
The Mission Royale Golf Club Golf Course plays to 6,700 yards from the back tees and a par-72. The course rating is 71.1with a slope rating of 123.
There are over 60 sand bunkers located along the fairways or greenside and water hazards come into play on two holes. The course winds through a residential community, with manicured desert areas constantly in view. The front nine plays over a fairly level terrain, while the back side presents more undulations and mild elevation changes. The medium-sized putting surfaces are undulating and sometimes double tiered, with mounds and bunkers often protecting. There is usually plentiful room for error, and the desert areas are cleaned out enough that recoveries are possible.
The signature hole is the eighth, a 310-yard par 4 that can be reached with a driver by long hitters, but poses a significant risk with a large lake in front of the green.
