Continental Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole, executive golf course located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The course first opened for play in 1977. The course was designed by Greg Nash & Jeff Hardin.
Continental Golf Course has two sets of tees, the forward set plays to 3,374 yards and the back tee boxes play to 3,766 yards.
This is a fun course to practice your iron and short game shots. Don't let the short length of this par 60 course full you, it has some challenging, undulating greens that are difficult to read. The fairways are narrow and with mounding that can challenge you. Two lakes and a drainage ditch can also snare your ball. Target golf and golf management are the keys to good scoring on this course.
The signature hole is #18, a 340-yard, par 4, requiring both your tee and approach shots to be hit over water.
Night tournaments are played at the Continental Golf Course, but you must use glow-in-the-dark balls. Try it sometime, it can be great fun.

I can get on and play the Continental Golf Course anytime. The layout is nice, good ambiance, pace of play is fine and the price is right. This is a super in the neighborhood course that serves me well.
