I'm in the mens club here, and its a challenging course for beginners and newbies to the course. Helps to play a couple times first to get to know course, and the break on the greens. It all breaks to Burbank, down the hill for you first timers. Theres a tip right there to help you. I've played it since a kid, know it well and its a value priced very nicely kept course.

some of the holes are short in distance but they need a lot of precision.or your score will go up very quickly.

One of the best, bargain price golf courses in the area. The course is always in good condition and the city has been continually making improvement to the course (clubhouse, tee boxes and general conditioning) over the last 3 years. While it is a very tight and short course, most players get themselves into trouble by utilizing poor course management, which contributes to the slow play.

This is the best value of any area course. It combines a good degree of difficulty and is well maintained. The only downside is the clubhouse and pro shop are under construction.

This course is deceptively hard. Currently, the original routing has been reversed due to total reconstruction of the clubhouse, and I enjoyed the new layout a lot. A good score here is the result of good course management.

The ground crew could do a few small things to turn this into a really great short course. This course is less than 6,000 yards from the longest tee box, yet provides enough interesting challenges (especially when you know the course or play with someone who does) to potentially make it a tremendous amount of fun -- except for the course condition.
Bushy uncut clover lines many fairways. I-ve played in high rough before, but clover eats your ball. You can walk to where your ball landed, and spend way too much time finding it in the clover. CUT THE DARN STUFF A LITTlE!! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO @@#)$(# ASK? Geez....
The greens were horribly inconsistent. High level of inconsistency green to green, and an amazing amount of inconsistency from spot to spot on all but 3 greens. Yuck!! This reeeeeeally sucks.!!

Short course, looking at the card it looks very easy, but it can bite you pretty quickly if you are not accurate.
