Makes you think your way around. Not long 6400 yards but requires you to position your shots.

I recently played this course for the first time and was pleasently surprised at the condition and difficulty of the course. I have already recommended the course. I look forward to playing again, soon.....

It is my "home" course and I always promote it if people are in the area. I have played with people who have driven from Sacramento and So. Lake Tahoe ares to play the course. It is a beautiful course, well layed out and maintained. It is a mountain course and that makes it a little more difficult but very interesting to play. You are not allowed to walk the course. High handicappers (like me) will find it difficult, while low handicappers will find it an interesting challenge. I will drive long distances to play interesting courses, like Poppy Ridge, De La Veaga and others. Next target is Coyote Moon. Jeff

Very nice layout with constant elevation changes. Although the 10 mins between tee times should help the pace, we were there on what staff said was a busy day and we did have some waiting along the way.

Found this course going to Tahoe, we loved it. Drove 2 1/2 hours to play it again. (Red Hawk casino 15 minutes away, Great buffet). White tees look short, but is still a challenge. Very nice staff, beautiful and challenging course. Great price, $45 with cart and lunch coupon from web site. If you have the time or going to Tahoe, it a must play course.

No one knows about this course and I hope it stays that way. Everything about it is PERFECT and if you're going up I-50 to South Lake Tahoe, it's an absolute MUST play. Sporty, creative, beautifully scenic layout and possibly the most enjoyable Tahoe area course. The staff is consistently the friendliest I've ever encountered at any course. I make a point of coming here 3-4 times a year and always look forward to the round. Great deals to be had online at their website. 10 minute splits between tee times means that, even if there are people on the normally uncrowded golf course, you never see them.
