Both course opened for play in 1968. Both The Mesa Course and The Los Lagos Course. were designed by William Bell and both were renovated in the 1980s by Ronald Fream.

The back nine has several dog legs to challenge the most skillful golfer.

White tees: par-72, 6,233 yards, 68.9 / 111

Regarding pace of play - I play this course on a regular basis, Sunday mornings before 9 a.m. I've played it in less than 4 hours and in over 5 hours. Never quite understood why some days it played very fast (hard time keeping up with the foursome ahead of us) and some days you're waiting on every shot.

Nice course but kind of crowded which makes the pace of play rather slow.

Tough to get a weekend tee time due to popularity and cost (very reasonable).

An excellent course in great condition for a very reasonable price. Greens are among the best in Orange County.

A nice layout with some of the best kept greens in Orange County. A great value and the layout is varied and a good walker's course. This course, Los Lagos, is the longer of the 2 courses but not punishing even from the tips (<6800 yards). The second course, Mesa Linda, is shorter but, with smaller more contured greens,is still a challenge from the tips and a real fun play!
