I would only recommend if someone had all day to play and no where to go afterward. Pace of play is "always" horrible.

Elkins Ranch has great ambiance. Great views, quiet country setting. The greens are bumpy from time to time and could be faster. The layout is good, the hamburgers are great. The overall experience is very pleasant. A good course to play.

My friend and I try to play this course at first light every Friday, so pace of play is primarily dependent on us. The staff and ground crew are very friendly. Just challenging enough for our skill level.

Excellent course, friendly people, par 4 with a highly elavated tee and spectacular views. Orange trees surround the course which is nestled in the farm country. This is one of my favorite courses in the greater area and still a fairly well kept secret.

I was impressed with the maintance of the course. Fairways were neatly mowed and give a ball an excellent lie. Greens were a little slow but true. I plan to play this course again.
