To costly plus long drive. Price will keep me away,.other courses in area offer discounts. may play during the week, but heavy traffic on 91 fwy. and the 15 fwy. Bottom line it is a once a year course.

I was able to get an online deal through the course website for $57, which made it a great deal. Otherwise I believe it would have been $70 for the time I played, which would have made it the course an average deal at best. With that said, I have played this course for many years and is still one of my favorite courses. The course is the best maintained in the area. Fairways are well manicured and greens very firm, making them hard to hold at times. All in all, a fun course and definitely worth a play.

Greatest course for the money, walkable in a poor walking inland empire area. The course is in fantastic shape with greens very receptive to long irons. Most par 3's are 16o to 185 (blue tees), Par 4's 380 to 422, and 18 signature hole is over water. Call for tee times, they play many SCGA events there. Best to play during the week, good senior rates. Get out of the cart and walk for exercise its flat and has the santa ana river at the margins. Weekends are more expensive, practice facilities are great, Staff cooperative, and yes the club house is small but this isn't peble beach, eat your hotdog post the round, and go home.

Price is about $15 too much for this course. Fairways were not in very good shape. Greens were nice. Layout is decent. This course would be a lot of fun if it was in better shape. Clubhouse is fair. They really need gps on the carts, especially for a $75 green fee.

It is a moderately easy course with a few challenges. The fairways are always in great shape and the holes are fun! The hazards are stratigically placed and the greens can be challenging.

Goose Creek is one of the very best courses in the area. The quality of the greens and fairways is second to none in the Inland Empire. The only knock I have on this course is that I would like to see the Marshal enforce the course rules with regard to fixing divots better. Most of the greens had a number of divots from the lazy golfers who played the particular hole at some point before our group.

This was my first time on the course and I enjoyed it. Would definitely play it again, however it is a long drive from San Diego.

Due to the well-maintained tee boxes, fairways and greens, Goosecreek plays a bit slow. As long as you go there with a possible 5 hour round in mind, this is a beautiful course with extremely fast greens. The fairways are in awesome shape. It's definitely worth the wait!

Always well kept through the green areas. Sand traps need new sand.

This is my go to course for fun and challenging golf.I play this course at least twice a month. I ride the cart on the weekends with my golf buddies and walk the course during the week in the afternoons when I take off work a little early. It really feels good when I get an occasional score in the eighties.

Great Golf Course. Clubhouse is only marginal and food not so good but absolutely the best course in the area and reasonably proced. Hard to get a starting time because of its popularity but they take reservations up to two weeks in advance and to book even more in advance only requires a small additional charge. I recommend this course to everyone as it is a great public golf course and it's not surrounded by houses, just wide open space. The senior tour played in New Port Beach uses the course for its qualifying rounds.

This course is a nugget. Fairways and greens are perfect and with the choices of tee positions it can be as difficult as you like. We played from the back tees which, for example, made the 18th (par 4) play 470 yards into the wind. I am a member at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, but I'll come back to Goose Creek often...it's worth it.

i have been golfing for over 60 years (including a brief stint as a tour caddie in the middle '50's} This course is one of my favorites for a reasonable price at a quality set-up , top-to-bottom.

Greens are hard and firm, pretty tough to hold, typically clubed down one due to the roll.

Great course for the price. Driving range is off grass, no mats! Nice chipping practice area, large putting practice area and even a bunker to practice out of. Well worth it.

This is a great layout w/ good routing for ease of walking. The conditions are always good and if they're overseeding or punching or working on the course they'll let you know when you're making the teetime. One of the best finishing holes in the Orange/Riverside county area

The course was in surprisingly good condition. The greens were slick and undulating. A course ranger made a comment to ask us to pick up the pace of our play, but most of the time we were waiting for the group ahead of us. The driving range is natural grass with no mats. I'd play it again.
