Goat Hill Park Golf Course, also known as Center City Golf Course at Goat Hill, is a Public, 18 hole executive golf course located in Oceanside, California.

Center City Golf Course first opened for play in 1957. The course was designed by William H. Johnson.

Center City Golf Course is hilly, uneven lies are the norm. Even though there aren't any water hazards on the course, sand bunkers and trees that can affect your shots are present. The greens are slow, but not difficult to read. Center City is a golf course for everyone. It plays to almost 4,800 yards with great par 3s and 4s and their signature 15th hole par 5.

A change in elevation from hole to hole requires great strategy and will keep a good player coming back again and again. The golf course is played on a plateau and less than 1 mile away from the Pacific, so as the winds change, the course will follow.
