Estes Park Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Estes Park, Colorado.
Estes Park Golf Course opened for play in 1954. Henry Hughes designed the course.
This mountain course is located in the Estes Valley at an elevation of 7,500 feet. This traditional course features an abundance of wildlife and a wide variety of scenic vistas.
Par for the course is 71. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,321 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,250 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 17, a par-5 that plays to 541 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 2, a par-3 that plays to 143 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 6, a 540-yard par-5 challenge, and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 14, a 269 yard par-4.

Course was in excellent shape. Starter keeps groups moving off the first tee but after that.................a combination of "walkers" and "riders" makes for slow play. Herds of Elk on the course in late afternoon makes for some intersting shots. Scenery of surrounding mountains is worth the price.

Last played two years ago (2010). Course is still in excellent shape. Not as crowded as in previous years. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spectacular scenery alone is worth the price.
