The course is nice in some areas and not so nice in other areas. Lots of right hand water on the first 4 holes. I enjoy the back nine with the exception of houses too close to fairway on #12. Plays better than last year as the teeboxes have been moved back.

This course is usually in very good condition, but they have lost at least one green completely this winter. Also, the Greeley courses have always been a best value for this area but they have increased their rates this year and they are now slightly higher than Loveland and Fort Collins courses. I love that i can get out on the weekends without a tee time, but I am less inclined to drive to Greeley if t heir rates are higher than courses closer to home.
