Fox Hopyard Golf Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in East Haddam, Connecticut.
Playing at nearly 7,000 yards from the back tees, this Par 71 layout has it all. Woods, meadows, water, wetlands, and wildlife combine to make this one of Roger Rulewich's most memorable designs. The course opened for play in 2001.
Fox Hopyard Golf Club completes the Triple Crown for Bill Sandri, the proprietor of Crumpin- Fox Club in Bernardston, Massachusetts and Fox Hollow Golf Club in the Tampa, Florida area, both award winning golf courses.

TWO INTERESTING HOLES THE PAR THREE 4TH AND THE 18TH. THE ELEVATED TEE ON THE FOURTH HOLE MAKES FOR INTERESTING CLUB SELECTION ESPECIALLY IF THE WIND IS BLOWING AND THE 18TH IS A GREAT FINISHING HOLE. THE GREENS HAD DEAD SPOTS AND WERE IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION. THE FAIRWAYS SET THE BALL UP NICELY FOR THE NEXT SHOT

Price for 18 holes and Cart was $120.00 which would make it an expensive daily fee course. At that price I would not play it often. But at 3pm price discounted to $70 an excellent value for the quality, lay-out and difficulty of the course. I will play it again.

An outstanding course that you can play over and over again. And you can walk it - carts are not required at any time. 10 minute tee time intervals means the course never feels jammed and 4 hour rounds are the norm.
