It was early in the season and there was one green that was closed but the course was surprisingly in overall good shape. Although not empty on a beautiful early spring day, the pace was comfortable without any back ups. There are a few basic holes, but most offer either an interesting challenge or spectacular beauty for a public course. The facilities are not fancy but the ambience is pleasant and the Turkey sandwich at the turn surprisingly good. Summary: Not a lush resort course but a very comfortable and pleasant course with challenge for an average golfer. I will return.
