The course was designed by Alfred H. Tull. Oak Hills Park Golf Course opened for play in 1967.
This hilly course has water hazards coming into play on six holes. The fairways on the first seven holes are very narrow, then are wide open for the next five holes, and later become narrow again while playing out the finishing holes.

Front nine challenging... tight and hilly. Back nine more open. Wide variety of holes and challenges. Very satisfying course in good shape.
