Delcastle Golf Course first opened for play in 1971. The course was designed by Ed Ault.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6628 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 6628 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 7, a par- that plays to 555 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par- that plays to 156 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 8, a 422 yard par- challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 11, a 285 yard par-.

This was the second time I played the course this year. The pace of play is the only complaint I have. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tees, fairways and greens were in very good condition. The elevation changes and blind shots made the course even more interesting. Overall, the course is not too difficult so it is fun while being challenging. I used every club in my bag. I traveled about 45 miles and will do it again. I played with my son and daughter-in-law and they enjoyed it as well. she is not a long hitter but was able to play well.
