Rock Springs Ridge Golf Club in Apopka is a 27-hole public golf course located in Apopka, Florida. The course has three 9-hole courses/degments, they are: The North Nine, The South Nine, and The West Nine.
Established in November, 1977, Rock Springs Ridge opened with the South and North nines. The huge, undulating greens of these two nines were joined by the sweeping vistas and beautiful oak forests of the West nine, in November of 2001.
This course has one of the most interesting layouts in all of Central Florida. Any combination of the 27 hole Clifton, Ezell, Clifton design will result in a different golf experience that evokes different parts of the country with elevation changes, majestic oaks and superbly-maintained conditions.

I used to play this course a occasionally and really liked it, but haven't for a couple of years. They've closed one of the sections of the course to put in a disk golf course. The course itself was as bad as I've seen it. The fairways were dry/semi-brown. The greens were still bumpy from airation and less than lush. It was hard to get a good lie even in the fairway. Even though the price was good, I don't expect to go back there any time soon.

Course has real potential but needs more play, money, workers etc.
