Ocean Breeze Golf Club, previously a private course named Boca Teeca Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 27 hole golf facility located in Boca Raton, Florida. Ocean Breeze Golf Club has three 9-hole golf courses. These courses can be combined in pairs to form three different 18 hole course challenges. The nine-hole courses are The North Course, The South Course, and The East Course.
The Ocean Breeze Golf Club golf course opened in 1968. The courses were designed by Mark Mahannah and Charles M. Mahannah, Jr.
Water rarely comes into play on any of these courses. The open fairways are well bunkered and scenic. The North Course is the longest course, and the South Course is the shortest. The East Course is the most challenging because of its hilly terrain.
The course closed in 2016.
The 202-acre Ocean Breeze Golf & Country Club at 5801 N.W. 2nd Ave., within the Boca Teeca neighborhood, was seized in foreclosure by Wells Fargo Bank in 2016. The bank closed the golf course. Miami-based Lennar (NYSE: LEN) has the property under contract from Wells Fargo. However, a deed restriction requires that Ocean Breeze must remain a golf course unless 50 percent of Boca Teeca residents approve another usage.

Only thing good was the free breakfast and lunch with a beer. Course is in horrible condition.
