4 of us guys from CT (8 - 15 hdcps) played this course the afternoon we flew to Fla. Fairways not overseeded for the winter, very thin with some bare patche, but greens were OK. Most holes are fairly open, a few take more precise approach shots. No Gatorade/PowerAde available, had to buy $3 bottles of water. We did not play this course again the week we were there, even though we were renting a house on site.

Challenging and interesting layout but not well maintained. Cart paths in decline, fairways not overseeded, bare patches not looked after ...

They should over seed the fairways in Winter. Would be nice to have grass in Fairways.
