The Vanderbilt Country Club Golf Course is an amenity of the "bundled" Vanderbilt Country Club. What is a bundled community? At Vanderbilt a country club membership is included with every residential purchase. There are no initiation fees. The course is also available for public play.

The course has has tree lined fairways and lush, undulating greens. The greens, as well as the fairways, are dimensionally-designed in proportion to the length of the holes. Shorter holes have tighter fairways. Natural wetland areas are plentiful on this course.

Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 6,848 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4,714 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 11, a par-5 that plays to 584 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 195 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 17, a 437 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 5, a 335 yard par-4.

The signature hole is #12, a 402-yard, par 4. There are no home sites on this hole. An unobstructed view of an adjacent hole adds to the beauty.
