Crooked Oaks Golf Course first opened in 1998. The course was designed by Arthur Hills.

Crooked Oak opened with the name of Crooked Oak. Under new ownership, the name changed to Clydesdale Meadows Golf Club in 2002 but the name changed back again to Crooked Oak 2005.

Crooked Oaks Golf Course course has lush and wide fairways. Many of the tee boxes are elevated. The greens are contoured and pristine. Thirteen of the holes wander through woodlands and wetlands, while the remaining five holes are Scottish links-style.
