This is a great golf course. They advertise the fastest greens in the the State and they are right. I played the course because I was invited to play in their pro-am prior to their championship tournament. Sure glad I came. The goodie bag had a pair of Oakley Sun glasses, a Boone and toggle golf shirt, a hat, 6 pro-V-1's, and an Oakley towel. The greens were called Champion flat burmuda. It's a great grass and can be cut to 1/8th of an inch. The greens, fairways and rough were perfect. Everything was maintained perfectly. Not one tee box was difficult to press your tee into the ground. Their golf site has a preview of each hole. However reading it will scare the average duffer. It made me play every hole very carefully. We had to play from the blues so it was about 600 yards longer than what I'm use to. But every hole was like playing the signature hole at my home course at RAFB. The best way to play each green is to aim below the hole and let the ball roll up to the green. The rough was cut to about 2 to 2 1/2 inches. Once in the tall grass, your best bet is to hit back into the fairway. If you don't a high number will easily await you at the green. Prepare to two put most greens. They are that fast and pretty hard to see some of the brakes. This golf course is a privately owned by the membership and they have the right to be very proud of it. Hope I get invited back again.

Would travel: 120-300 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
