Canongate On White Oak is a Private, 36 hole golf facility located in Newnan, Georgia. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses, The Old Course and The Seminole Course.
Canongate-on-White Oak first opened in 1986 with 18 holes. The course was designed by Dick Wilson and Joe Lee.
Additional nines were added in 1987 and 1990, giving members a total of 36 holes. These "new nines" are The Seminole Course which was designed by Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton.
This 36-hole club offers two distinct layouts. The Old Course, with its traditional layout, is highlighted by great elevation changes, tree-lined fairways a,nd large greens, and serves as the home of the Women's Georgia Open.
The Seminole course offers an enjoyable day for all golfers with unique holes, water, and bunkers coming into play throughout the golf course.

COURSE WAS MUDDY DUE TO VERY MUCH RAIN BUT DRAINAGE AND MAINTENANCE MADE IT PLAYABLE. ALSO IT WAS VERY COLD.
