Turtle Bay Resort, is a Resort, 36 hole golf course facility located in LAIE, Hawaii. The complex has 2 18- hole golf courses, the Arnold Palmer Course and the George Fazio Course.
The prevailing winds and many sand bunkers make the Fazio course demanding for even the best players. This layout has broad fairways, deep bunkers, and large, gently rolling greens.

The reviewer from Pasadena, CA was unaware of a great deal offered by the folks at Turtle Bay/Kuilima: $15 twilight rate, walking, after 3:02 PM Mon-Sun. Just call their Pro Shop and ask for their special. Short course, not too challenging, greens in better shape on the back nine...I try to stay on the North Shore of Oahu, so it's well worth the slow pace of play when LOTS of golfers go out around 3. After nine holes, the herd thins out and one can get in lots of golf before the sun sets around 6:40 pm HST. Never played the Palmer course, which I understand is more challenging, expensive but picturesque. But can't beat $15 golf in Hawai'i!

Not very impressive. Played on a GolfNow deal which I later realized didn't include a cart. They wanted $40 more for a cart, so I rented a pull cart. Probably should have just carried my clubs because the pull cart sucked. Not worth the money.

The course is beautiful. The challenge is average. Very nice views on a couple of holes of the ocean. Normally light breezes. Greens are almost all converted to poa annua. While some don't like it, the grass does well next to the ocean.
