Detailed description of Shadow Valley Golf Course
Shadow Valley Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Boise, Idaho.
Shadow Valley Golf Course first opened for play in 1973.The course was designed by C. Edward Trout.
The greens are quite challenging, some having extreme undulations, while others are loaded with subtle breaks. Most of the fairways are tree lined, and the terrain is hilly. There are two ponds that come into play on two holes.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,433 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,514 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 4, a par-5 that plays to 571 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 135 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 4, a 571-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 14, a 135 yard par-3.

Very nice place. Greens are tough. Take time to practice them before you go out. Very nice course in great shape. Will definitely recommend this one.
