40 minute drive from where I live. Greens in very good condition, fairways better than average. Course layout is fair for all levels of golfers. Green/cart fee at $25.00 provides extremely good value.

Good value. The tee boxes are marked to accomodate golfers of varying handicaps.

They have sensible rules for this course -- None of the silly "golf cart only on par 3s", or even worse, no cart signs 50 or more yards from the green edge, etc. The course is very well maintained, much better than most courses in this price range. The course is nestled within a subdivision, but the layout is such that a golfer would have to be a very long and inaccurate hitter to even be able to land his ball on one of the adjacent lots, let alone a house or window.

As a 13 handicap, Nettle Creek has just as much difficulty as you wish to bite off. Once you play it, you'll never forget it.
