Deer Valley Golf Course first opened for play in 1986. The course was designed by Jerry, Doug, & Kimuel Weddle.

Deer Valley sits on rolling terrain with sand bunkers and water that come into play. The signature hole is #3, a 385-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot over water and uphill to the green.

Par for the course is 36. From the back tees the course plays to 3302 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 2313 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 1, a par-5 that plays to 530 Yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 7, a par-3 that plays to 195 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 6, a 512 yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 5, a 380 yard par-4.
