Windridge Country Club, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Windridge Country Club golf course first opened for play in 1957. The course rriginally was first opened as a 9-hole course and was designed by Kent Beck. The back nine was added in 1961 and designed by Bill Ford.
Windridge Country Club golf course was built on rolling hills and has many tall trees lining the fairways. There are water hazards on at least three holes. Many fairway bunkers can be found throughout the course. The signature hole is #16, a 194-yard, par 3, requiring an uphill tee shot to an elevated green that is well bunkered.
This short layout has 3 sets of teeboxes for a fun, but challenging golfing experience.
The par-71 course plays to a maximum distance of 6,050 yards for a course rating of 69.4 and a slope rating of 127.
