Wampatuck Country Club is a Private , 9 hole golf course located in Canton , Massachusetts.
The Country Club dates to 1904 when the club was a a sportsmen's hunting and fishing club . Their golf course first opened for play in 1918. The course as we know it today was designed by Geoffrey Cornish in 1957. The course was recently refreshed under the supervision of Cornish disciple, Mark Mungeum.
#1 has been called by some “The toughest starting hole in Massachusetts.” The course also has two reachable par fives for the long hitters. #5 is a spectacular par 3 with a demanding carry over water, Wampatuck will challenge even the most accomplished players. Multiple tee locations allow you tp play a double loop 18-hole from a different tee off perspective on the "back nine."
