Majestic At Lake Walden Golf Course is a Public, 27 hole golf facility located in Hartland, Michigan. The course has three 9-hole courses. they are not so majestically named, 1-9, 10-18, and 19-27. They can be combined to form three distinct and different 18 hole golf courses.
The Majestic at Lake Walden golf course first opened in 1994. The golf course was designed by Jerry Matthews.
Each of the 27 holes were thoughtfully designed by course architect Jerry Matthews as an individual golfing experience with no two holes in sight of each other. Built for all skill levels, the course has four sets of tees from the championship markers at 7,009 yards for the serious player all the way down to 5,081 yards, Amazingly for a long course, and particularly a 27 hole venue, there is more wild land than there are golf holes, thanks to the over 1,400 acres from which The Majestic is carved.
One of the most popular features here at The Majestic is the boat ride across Lake Walden, an absolute must for first time visitors. Because The Majestic has three nines, guests can play different combinations of holes, either 1-18, 10-27 or 19-27 and 1-9. Guests starting their round at hole #10 or finishing their round at hole #9 are treated to a 10 minute pontoon boat ride across beautiful Lake Walden.

Great fall day to attack Majestic before the leaves start falling as its a 50% wooded course. My son and I played it from the Blues, 1-18 (6,385 yd @ 70.9/130) in 4.5hrs and the conditions were great, tee to green. For the $40 @ 18/cart this is the best deal and track within 60 miles of here. I shot 85/36 putts and Jeremy shot 87/38 putts and still had good conditions no matter where you landed on the course. Sand traps still had soft sand that you could blast out from and this I know from experience. This is a MUST play if your within 60 miles and won't be disappointed with price, layout, conditions or pace of play.

Love playing this track at least once a summer. Holes #1 thru #18 are the best loop to play. Every hole is a challenge so look first before you pull the driver out as the landing areas aren't always straight away. Worth the money and drive to play this course @ $45 Note: Don't even try walking this course.

Normally we play holes 1-18 as its the traditional and best loop to play. This time we (Son & Granddaughter)only had time for nine (9) holes (2hrs) so for $30, we played the 19-27 holes for the first time. We played from the Gold tips 3,262yds/72.4/135/Par 36 having wider landing areas for the 220-230 yard drives and short of fairway bunkers. Conditions tee to green, are every bit as good as 1-18 holes with some visual tighter areas throughout the course. The cart GPS system is very helpful and accurate on green yardages and bunker carries throughout the course. Jeremy shot 44/17putts with Madison 56/22 putts and I had 40/15 putts with three (3) nice saves. The next time we play here we might do the 10-27 hole layout as it plays only 250yds shorter than the normal loop we play. Worth stopping at this 27 hole layout as the conditions are always first cabin and you won't be disappointed with layout or conditions.
