Detailed description of Westwind Golf Course
Westwind Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Muskegon, Michigan.
When first opened in 1960, Westwind had an 18-hole par-3 course and a 9-hole regulation course.
Course personnel state that the consolidation and opening of the 18 regulation course happened in 2003.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,005 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 9, a par-5 that plays to 521 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 6, a par-3 that plays to 142 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 2, a 418-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Westwind Golf Course is # 13, a 303 yard par-4.

Fun Little risk reward course. You can put your driver away and play for a safe score or bring the big dog out and hit and hope. Several reachable par 4's for the longer hitter.
