Hampton Golf Club first opened for play in 1974. The course was designed by Bill Newcomb.
Most of the fairways are tree lined. The greens are of moderate size, are moderately undulating and are somewhat fast.
Par for the course is 33. From the back tees, the course plays to 2,274 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 1896 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 8, a par-4 that plays to 330 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 1, a par-3 that plays to 128 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 174-yard par-3 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Hampton Golf Course is # 1, the 128 yard par-3.

Not a fan of this course. It's real small and in bad condition and way over priced for its value. I wouldn't pay more than five bucks to play this place. However, it's a decent course to take a beginner as it's pretty easy.
