bunkers very thin on sand on some holes-lots of stones/gravel. Greens are firm and quick but roll true. fairways pretty good. The course has two distinctly different 9 holes to a side which is unusual but fun.

I play in a great businessman's league here, and enjoy the quirky course, great staff, and congenial company. Small greens and deep sand in the bunkers make this a hard course to score well on; you need to be accurate. #10 is a +180 carry over water to the fairway, so bring some muscle.
