Southbrook Golf & Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Annandale, Minnesota.
Southbrook Golf Course first opened for play in 1997. The par-72 course was designed by Andy Lindquist.
Southbrook Golf Course has flat terrain, numerous ponds and streams, and plentiful wetland areas. Wide fairways, bordered by thick rough, provide for even lies, while the large, sloping greens accommodate aggressive approach shots. Water comes into play on 17 holes. If that's not enough, there are also 23 bunkers to add even more challenge.
#18 is a 561-yard, par 5. Ponds on both sides of the fairway, as well as several sand bunkers, offer a great risk-reward factor if you attempt to reach the green in two shots.
Blue tees: 6,525 yards, course rating 121, slope rating 70.8.
White tees: 6,120 yards, course rating 117, slope rating 68.9.
Red tees: 5,067 yards, course rating 113, slope rating 68.7.

Got a fast round in here recently as there was almost nobody else on the course early in the morning. 18 holes with carts and a two some in less than 3 hours. Course was in pretty good shape and we were able to use a discounted online tee time arrangement whereby the cost was under $25 each.

I have always enjoyed this course. Lots of hazards if you stray. Greens are a bit slow but in very nice shape. Lots of wildlife (Deer, geese, phesants, racoons, mink) live in the woods and water around the course. Manager and pro-shop staff always friendly. Food in the restaruant is very good and prices are reasonable.

I like to walk when golfing and this course makes it easy. Logical layout where one green leads to next tee. Also pretty flat. If you slice/draw a lot, you may need extra balls as the wetlands bordering many holes are too thick to search in summer. As a senior, I pay $19 cash, tax included. The greens are large and very fun to putt.
