Dwan Golf Club is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Dwan Golf Club first opened for play in 1970. The course was designed by David Arthur Gill.
Dwan Golf Club has some extremely difficult holes, while at the same time gives you a break with some easy holes. The undulating greens and the narrow, tree-lined fairways make for an interesting course time and again. The slow greens are sloped, and the tree-lined fairways are narrow. Water hazards come into play on three holes. This is one of the busiest courses in Minnesota.
Par for the course is 68. From the back tees the course plays to 5485 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4518 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 3, a par-5 that plays to 495 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 11, a par-3 that plays to 125 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 380 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Dwan Golf Club is # 11, the 125 yard par-3.

The holes are too close together. I was standing on a tee box and was hit by a ball that was at least 50 yards offline. The pace of play was too slow for a short course. The group in front of us was driving their cart onto the tee boxes and right up to the fringe on the greens. There were no marshals to monitor play. The woman in the pro shop was rude and didn't like being asked any questions. She had no time for the paying customers. This course wants as many players as possible on the course. They run the tee times too close together. Find another course. This one is a goat pasture.
