Viking Meadows Golf Club is a Public, 27 hole golf facility located in East Bethel, Minnesota. The facility has an 18-hole course (The Meadows Course) and a 9-hole executive course (The Woods Course).

The Meadows course opened in 1987.

The 18-hole regulation course (meadows) has gently rolling hills over which the course was draped. The course has tree-lined fairways and large, fast greens. Water hazards come into play on five holes.

Par for the course is 72 for men and 73 for women. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,428 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,421 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 558 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 14, a par-3 that plays to 140 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 11, a 465-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Viking Meadows Golf Course is # 6, a 323 yard par-4.
