The Ponds at Battle Creek Golf Course is a public 9-hole golf course located in Maplewood, Minnesota.

The Ponds at Battle Creek Golf Course first opened for play in 2004. The county board voted to establish the golf course in 2001 on county corrections property as an innovative work program for inmates serving time at the nearby county corrections facility aka prison.

The Ponds at Battle Creek is a scenic 9-hole, par 35 golf course with a full, lighted practice facility located in Maplewood, Minnesota near St. Paul.

Voted Top 10 9-Hole Golf Course in the United States, and #1 9-hole Golf Course in Minnesota.

The course closed on September 12, 2021.

Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
