Buffalo Ridge Golf Course, originally named Branson Creek Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located four miles south of Branson, Missouri, just off of highway 65.
Buffalo Ridge Golf Course opened for play in 1999. The course was designed by Tom Fazio.
To build the course, Fazio had over 1 million cubic yards of topsoil hauled to the site. 1.6 million cubic yards of rock was blasted. In the process, a cave in the limestone cliff behind the 17th green was uncovered.
Situated amid the beauty of southern Missouri's Ozark region, the course tree-lined fairways and large undulating greens. Here you can really rip your drives, and although the course baits you with risk and reward challenges, Fazio has included generous bailout areas. Although elevation changes are plentiful, they exist mainly between the holes allowing golfers relatively level - yet still challenging - playing areas. Water comes into play on five holes, and bunkering is plentiful. There is also the occasional multi-tiered green to watch out for. The course is known for its exceptional par-3s. Branson Creek Golf Club's seventh hole is a particularly demanding par-3 that requires a long tee shot to a green that slopes from left to right, with bunkers guarding it on the right side.
Both Golf Magazine and Golf Digest have ranked Branson Creek as the best public course in Missouri.
The course plays from 5,032 to 7,036-yards and offers five sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels.
Black Tees: par-71, 7,036 yards, 73.0/133
Gold Tees: Par-71, 6,628 yards, 70.3/129
Copper Tees: Par-71, 6,232 yards, 68.1/124
Silver Tees: Par-71, 5,845 yards, 64.5/116
Jade Tees: Par-71, 5,032 yards, 68.6/113

Is now called Buffalo Ridge and owned by CEO of Bass Pro. A Senior PGA Tournament was held at facility in April with one round played at a Par 3 called Top of the Rock which is also owned by same individual. A fantastic golf course with great scenic views, great conditioning, and very worthwhile playing. Assorted sets of tees for range of player. This is a Fazio design and similar to some others of his style I have played---golfer friendly as used the Ozark topography very appropriately. Well worth every dollar to play and I played it when it was Branson Creek. Current improvements in the scenic views and hole designs have made it even more enjoyable and breathtaking. I would highly recommend you visit Branson and play this course or Top of the Rock as both well worth the cost.

Excellent track, also recommend the nearby course Murder Rock. Of the two, I would pick Branson Creek if I had time to play only 1.

This by far is the best course I have played in the midwest.

The staff welcomed us as they would golfers that play there regularly. It was in fantastic shape. The starter as well as the marshalls gave us tips to play certain holes, which helped. There are many holes with great views of the Ozarks. The next time we vacation here I will play again.

Tough to rate somethings as the fairways were not yet growing. The young man in the proshop could have been more attentive. A couple I played with noticed the same thing.

Group of 8 of us and we were amazed at the condition of this course after so much June rain in the area. Best layout we have played this entire season!
