Cedar Creek Country Club first opened for play in 1968. The course was designed by Skeeter Lewis.

The Cedar Creek Country Club course has mostly flat fairways. There are no water hazards, but the fairways are tree lined and the rough is thick. The undulating greens are average-sized and have medium speed. The signature hole is #5, a 90-yard, par 3, which the head professional refers to as the toughest short par 3 you'll ever play. In order to par this hole you'll need to hit a precise sand wedge to the center of the green or be swallowed up by the large bunker that protects the front. Beginners and seniors will really enjoy playing this executive course.

The Cedar Creek Country Club course has seven par-3 holes and two that are par-4s. The course plays to a 9-hole par of 29 and 1,425 yards from the back tees and 1,243 yards from the forward tees.
