Lakewood Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Lakewood, New Jersey.
Redesigned in 1920 by British Amateur Champion Walter J. Travis. Their championship golf course is known for its links style and small, undulating greens. The course presents an enjoyable challenge to all golfers, regardless of handicap. The course enjoys a USGA rating of 65.9/116 from the red tees, 68.9/127 from the white tees, and 71.7/133 from the blue tees.

The rates for gas carts are $15 for 18 holes and $9 for 9 holes. Carts are required on the weekend during season until 2 pm

Their twilight rate is great! The price is only $16 for walkers after 4pm. The course is pretty good and the back 9 is a challenge.

Late in the summer. Greens pretty dried out. It has its ups and downs. Walked on at 11AM on a Saturday in summer. There are some tough (and fun) holes on the back 9.
