This course is a bit of a percularity. Not really advertised in the area and not sure where the money is coming from to support it since T or C seems to be a bit depressed. It appears it is trying to make itself a destination for retirees. It does not get much playing pressure. At any rate, really enjoyed the course, and at $45 weekday morning rate, was a great deal considering I normally pay much more for a similar couses here in Southern California. Was in really good shape overall except for a couple fairways and greens which were a bit burned out. Was fairly challenging for the most part, with water coming in to play on a few holes, and the few homes that are near the course are not much of a concern. It will be interesting to see how this course matures. All in all, a fun play and worth it if in the area. Oh, look out for the wild boar.....no kidding!

We took a group of 70 golfers for a tournament on Sunday and the $55 green fee included the cart and a buffet lunch for all of us.Great price value and definitely if not the best one of the best in a 300 mile radius.

This is a brand new course and still needed some maturity in the Fall of 2007. Beautiful layout and scenery, with a few new homes being built on some hole locations. Very challenging from the tips, but quite friendly for my wife from the forward tees. It's out of the way, not very close to any major cities and situated half-way between Albuquerque and El Paso. Resides next to a very large (30 mile long) lake in central New Mexico. Great course for the $$'s, and a spectacular club house/bar/restaurant.
