Niagara Falls Country Club dates to 1901 when it had a 9-hole golf course. Niagara Falls Country Club moved to its current Lewiston, New York location in 1918. The original 9-hole course is now The Red Nine at Hyde Park Golf Course.
The present day Niagara Falls Country Club Golf Course opened in 1919. The course was designed by A.W. Tillinghast, updated by Robert Trent Jones in 1938 and later by William Newcomb, Geoffrey S. Cornish and Brian M. Silva.
This course has fairways that are both hilly and flat. There are four or five little creeks that run through the course.
