High Point Country Club is a Private 27 hole golf facility located in High Point,North Carolina. The facility has a 9-hole executive course, Emerywood Golf Course, and an 18-hole championship golf course, Willow Creek Golf Course. The Club has two different clubhouses, one for each course. The courses are not co-located.
Willow Creek Golf Course first opened for play in 1964. The course was designed by Willard Byrd.
High Point Country Club opened in 1923. Along with the dining and social calendar, the executive nine-hole Emerywood Golf Course, designed by Donald Ross, was a main draw for the club. Over the years, new recreational amenities were added to serve the growing membership yo include: tennis courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool.
A desire for a full 18 holes of championship golf led to the acquisition of Willow Creek Golf Course.

Over the years, Willow Creek has hosted numerous tournaments of regional and national significance, including qualifying events for the US Open and U.S. Amateur.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,982 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,291 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 10, a par-5 that plays to 552 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 180 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 10, a 552-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 3, a 180 yard par-3.
