Berkshire Hills Golf Course is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Chesterland, Ohio.
Berkshire Hills Golf Course first opened for play in 1960. The golf course was designed by Ben Zink.
Berkshire Hills Golf Course is a hilly course. The fairways are tree lined, but with generous landing areas. The large greens are heavily undulating. Walking this course is not for the faint of heart, it's a strenuous hike.
The Berkshire Hills Golf Club course measures 6,607 yards from the back tees. The course rating is 72.1 and the slope rating is 129. Par for the course is 72. The course features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels. The most difficult hole is #12, a 453-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg fairway and requiring two lengthy shots in order to reach the green in regulation.

Inexpensive to play. Certainly in OK shape- better than in past years. Layout is nice. Formerly a country club. Forgiving for golfers at all levels.

Took my 12 year old grandson for his first outing. He had several lessons before the outing with the club pro. He is very friendly and my grandson likes him. The staff was very friendly to him and understood it was his first outing. The course was set up with 6 different levels of play, he played the easiest. We either picked a good time or the staff sent everyone to the back 9 as we never held any one up. We plan to play this course again.
