East Liverpool Country Club first opened for play in 1920. Willie Park Jr. designed the course.

This short course's has wide-open fairways and hilly terrain. The undulating greens are small. 

The signature hole is #8, a 612-yard, par 5, requiring a tee shot from off an elevated tee, and later an approach shot to an elevated green.

There are alternate tee locations that can be used when playing a double loop eighteen hole round.
